Give others permission to questions, to doubt, to cry out, and simple be comfortable with silence.
Listen to and consider other's views before sharing your own.
Come with an open mind, ready to learn and grow.
Pursue unanswerable questions in good company.
Don't let being "right" talk you out of being loving and kind.
