Room Reservations

At CUMC we recognize that our church buildings and grounds are a blessing from God and a tool for ministry.  We also recognize that sharing our building with community groups helps us to Live Like Jesus.  

community groups & cumc families

CUMC is open to community groups for rental and CUMC families for private events as long as your purpose fits with our mission and space is available. 

  1. To learn more, read and review our Premises and Property User Agreement/Terms and Conditions 
  2. To reserve a room/space as a member of the church, complete the Buildings and Grounds Request Form (Member & CUMC Ministry Group) 
  3. To reserve a room/space as a community group, complete the Buildings and Grounds Request Form (Non-Member & Outside Groups)

cumc ministry leaders

Ministry Leaders MUST reserve rooms and space through the facilities manager for EVERY meeting and event on CUMC premises and when requesting to use CUMC property. This permits everyone to have the best space possible for every event and avoids conflicts around space, logistics, and noise. To reserve a room/space as a CUMC Ministry Leader, complete the Buildings and Grounds Request Form (Member & CUMC Ministry Group).

for changes to existing events

Contact the Facilities Office at or 717.249.1512. Please allow 14 days for a response. Other changes to your event may require a new use request to be submitted.

At CUMC we have meetings rooms, large group rooms, rooms geared towards specific ages and outdoor spaces for use.

Meeting/Gathering Rooms 
Within Adult/Community area: 7 classrooms (each with chairs, folding tables, TV/DVD/Webcams)
Within Office area: 2 conference rooms (12 or 8 people) 

Larger Spaces
Worship Center (400 people max) 
Chapel (60 people max) 
Gathering/Lobby 
Cafe Area
Fun Room (kids 2-5 years old indoor play space) 
Kids Room 
Student Room 

Outdoor Spaces 
2 outdoor patios (with tables) 
Pavilion Area (seating for 75 people)
Water Play Area 
Athletic Fields (softball and soccer) 
Amphitheater (seating for 75 people)
